We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Clinical Decision Unit, offering full-time and PRN shifts both day and night.
Utilizing the nursing process, the RN provides safe, holistic, and therapeutic care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient and family needs throughout the care continuum.
Key responsibilities include medication safety, patient triage, care coordination, delegation, critical thinking, and patient education. The RN performs comprehensive assessments, administers treatments such as oncology therapies, and maintains a safe environment.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing, an active Kansas or compact RN license, and BLS certification. Additional unit-specific certifications may be required.
