The Registered Nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care using the nursing process and organizational policies.
They must demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Applicants should be a new graduate or a licensed RN in good standing in Arkansas, with a preference for BSN.
They apply basic skills, work within organizational guidelines, and participate as full team members.
CPR certification is required; some areas may require additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or NALS, with training provided.
This position offers 72 hours bi-weekly shift hours, working day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
