The registered nurse in Department 7A is responsible for delivering safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care by applying the nursing process and organizational policies.
They must demonstrate clinical competence, critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications include being a new graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preferred BSN.
They should apply basic nursing skills, understand departmental and organizational policies, and participate fully as a team member.
Additional requirements include healthcare CPR certification, with some areas requiring ACLS, PALS, and NALS training, which is provided.
This position is scheduled for 72 hours bi-weekly during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
