Join our team as a Public Health Nurse at a leading community health center serving Washington and Oregon.
Provide client care, including health assessments, care planning, and education for prenatal, postpartum, and newborn clients. Collaborate with healthcare providers and maintain ongoing contact to ensure coordinated services. Perform home and office visits, evaluate referrals, and revise care plans as needed. Mentor nursing students, community health workers, and new staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Nursing or equivalent experience, RN license, BLS certification, bilingual in English/Spanish, and relevant clinical experience.
