Job Summary: Full-time RN position (Dayshift 7a-7p) providing general nursing care in diverse acute settings. Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, delegating tasks per Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and participating in quality improvement activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Initial and ongoing assessments (30%)
- Planning and documenting care based on diagnoses (30%)
- Implementing and evaluating interventions and outcomes (20%)
- Participating in process improvement and operational tasks (20%)
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Nursing (BSN within 5 years), Ohio RN license, BLS certification. Work hours are 36/week in Med Surg.
