This position involves working independently with accountability to provide care for a complex patient population, demonstrating proficiency and a commitment to professional and departmental growth. The role requires the ability to deliver age-appropriate care based on patient needs.
Requirements include an Arkansas State board license, a BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy, and less than one year of professional experience is acceptable. CPR certification is mandatory but can be obtained after hire.
The work schedule is a day shift, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM. The position is authorized for 80 hours bi-weekly.
