This RN role provides comprehensive nursing care in a 24/7 neuro epilepsy monitoring unit, covering assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. The RN delegates tasks per state regulations, collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and participates in quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting care plans, evaluating patient responses, and ensuring safety and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization. Qualifications include a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN within five years. The position is scheduled for night shifts, 36 hours per week.
