This position is for a Licensed Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory care services across hospital departments in accordance with policies and physician prescriptions.
Serves patients of all ages, adhering to NYS laws and department guidelines. Requires an approved Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent education. Must hold a valid NYS Respiratory Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification; Neonatal Resuscitation preferred. Work involves minimal manual skills, with light physical effort and generally pleasant working conditions. The role is based at a hospital’s Pulmonary Medicine department, with a salary range of $44.24-$57.53 per hour. It is a non-exempt position with no specified overtime eligibility.
