Coordinates and delivers Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy services, overseeing inpatient and outpatient clinical care in line with departmental goals.

Maintains compliance with policies, safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards.
Participates in staff training, supervision, and departmental development activities.
Evaluates patients, develops and updates individualized treatment programs, and documents thoroughly.
Assists with discharge planning and recommends adaptive equipment to maximize patient function.
Promotes evidence-based practice and coordinates therapy services on assigned units.
Manages departmental logistics, staffing, and budget in collaboration with team members.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
