The unit specializes in high-acuity care for blood cancer patients, including chemotherapy, transplants, and clinical trials. The team includes multidisciplinary professionals supporting patient-centered care.
Responsibilities include assessing and planning patient care, educating patients and families, promoting safety and quality, and documenting care plans. The position emphasizes critical nursing skills and cultural sensitivity.
