This RN role is based in Operating Room Pod 4 at a top-ranked hospital known for advanced surgical care.
Shifts are 4-10 hours (0630-1700) with a training period of 6-8 months, moving to 3-12-hour shifts after a year. The schedule includes 6-9 call shifts every six weeks, with some on weekends.
Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, promoting safety, educating patients and families, developing care plans, and assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Minimum requirements: RN license, Nursing Diploma or Associate’s degree; Bachelor’s preferred with 2+ years of experience.
