The role is in the Emergency Department of a large, Level I Trauma hospital with 80 beds and specialized care units, including behavioral health. It offers full-time night shifts (6 AM–6 PM, 3x12s).
Preferred candidates have a BSN and ED or critical care experience. The position involves providing direct patient care, including assessment, planning, and education to patients and families. Responsibilities include promoting safety, quality care, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, while addressing physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs.
Minimum requirements are an RN license and a nursing diploma or associate degree; experience is preferred but not mandatory. A bachelor’s degree and two years of experience are desirable.
