Seeking a Nurse Practitioner for Rheumatology, working 2-4 days/week in Salem and expanding to Eugene. This role offers an opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and compassionate care to improve patient outcomes.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vitals, examinations, and medical histories. Perform joint injections and manage complex cases involving multiple organ systems. Utilize EMR systems like NextGen for accurate documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Interpret lab and x-ray results and oversee the infusion suite. Work primarily Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with limited holiday and weekend call; no hospital rounding. Compensation ranges from $55.00 to $60.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, dental insurance, PTO, CME allowances, 401(k), and more.
