Seeking a Family Medicine Physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, holistic primary care for patients of all ages.
Responsibilities include performing physical exams, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, managing chronic diseases, conducting minor procedures, and offering patient education. The role involves care coordination, pediatric and obstetric care in some settings, and maintaining detailed medical records.
Ideal candidates have an MD/DO, Illinois license or eligibility, Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and organizational abilities.
Work hours are Monday–Friday, with 3-4 clinical half-days weekly. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and more. Salary ranges from $225,000 to $295,000 annually.
