We are seeking a Therapist for a full-time position at a residential treatment facility serving youth with mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy to help clients progress toward discharge and a healthier lifestyle.

Assess client and family needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate families about diagnoses and coping skills.

Collaborate with team members, support professionals, and external providers to coordinate care.

Manage a caseload, utilizing modalities such as CBT, Play Therapy, and ABA.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a Human Service field, with license eligibility preferred.
