Nurse Practitioner

The Advance Practice Provider (APP), including Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants, plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside an experienced team of physicians and healthcare professionals.

The APP evaluates, diagnoses, monitors, and manages patients using advanced clinical assessment skills and therapeutics, working collaboratively with a supervising physician.

Requirements include a postgraduate degree, licensure as an Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician Assistant, and certifications such as BLS and ACLS. No prior experience is required.

Key skills encompass organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical abilities, along with proficiency in computer charting and medical record management.

The role involves managing stress, making decisions under pressure, handling multiple priorities, and working independently in confined or crowded areas.

Working conditions include exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases, with physical demands such as prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and manual dexterity. The position requires medium physical effort and good vision and coordination.
