Mental Health Therapist – Evenings or Weekends

We are seeking a Part-Time Mental Health Therapist for evening or weekend hours in Winona, MN.

In this role, you will

provide evidence-based therapy in an outpatient setting, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions,

develop and maintain treatment plans,

collaborate with a supportive team,

and

support clients’ mental wellness and resilience.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, clinical licensure or licensure track, experience with diagnostic assessments, and proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation offers two options: a predictable base pay ($50,000–$75,000) or flexible earnings ($58,000–$124,000), depending on licensure and experience.
