We are seeking an Elementary School Based Therapist in Ankeny, IA, for an onsite/hybrid role (3 days in school, 2 days in clinic) at 1.0 FTE, working from 8am-3pm starting May 2026.
Provide mental health services to students and families, managing a caseload of 25–30 clients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, participate in IEPs and school meetings.
Collaborate with school staff, community agencies, and supervisors; maintain accurate documentation and compliant EHR records.
Support program needs during school breaks and assist with referrals.
Option to see patients 2 days/week at a clinic if preferred.
Requirements include an active Iowa license in social work, therapy, or counseling, reliable transportation, and proficiency with electronic records.
Must demonstrate professional conduct and physical ability to work in client environments.
Compensation ranges from $58,000 to $130,000 based on licensing and experience, with sign-on bonuses available. Multiple pay options provided.
