Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents with communication, swallowing, cognition, and motor speech deficits, modifying diets for safety, and coordinating with families and staff to ensure continuity of care. Accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards are essential.
Requirements include a Master’s degree in speech-language pathology, active licensure in OK, passing Praxis exam, and preferably experience working with older adults. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to relocate to Enid, OK, and demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills.
