The Therapist / Mental Health Professional provides therapeutic services, coordinates treatment programs, and supervises staff working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges.
They perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning, while staying current through ongoing training and workshops.
Responsibilities include offering direct therapy, participating in staff meetings and training, supporting interns, and providing crisis services as needed.
Qualifications include an advanced degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related fields; licensure or eligibility for licensure within two years; and preferably at least two years of relevant experience.
