The Speech-Language Pathologist provides
high-quality, school-based speech and language services to elementary students, including screening, assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
They develop and implement compliant IEPs, collaborate with families and staff, and support students’ access to instruction and participation.
Key responsibilities include delivering evidence-based therapy, monitoring progress, conducting evaluations, maintaining documentation, and providing consultation and professional development.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure, strong communication skills, and experience working with children and diverse communication needs.
Preferred qualifications include prior school-based experience and supporting augmentative communication.
Salary ranges from $80,000 to $87,500, with benefits. This role requires physical stamina and adherence to compliance and confidentiality standards.
