Seeking a Psychiatrist to join a multidisciplinary team providing Assertive Community Treatment (PACT).
Schedule: Mon, Tues, Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm; Friday on call; 26-32 hours/week, $231,296/year for 32 hours. Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric assessments, supervising treatment plans, prescribing medications, providing therapy, crisis management, and supporting inpatient care coordination. Collaborate with team members, train staff, develop policies, and participate in legal and administrative activities. Field visits and community support are also involved. Requires licensed medical practice, DEA/controlled substances certificates, clinical experience, and post-hire CPR and training. Knowledge of mental health, crisis intervention, cultural sensitivity, and leadership skills are essential. Driving is not required. This role offers a collaborative environment with a focus on community-based mental health treatment.
