Per Diem Nurse Practitioner – Mobile Advanced Wound Care (Vermont)

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide mobile advanced wound care services in patients’ homes and Skilled Nursing Facilities across Vermont. This per diem, 1099 contractor role offers flexibility and independence for patient-centered care.

Compensation ranges from $100–$150 per hour. Candidates should have at least 1 year of wound care and NP experience. The role involves in-person visits, emphasizing patient care and communication skills.
