This position is a professional Nurse Practitioner role providing direct patient care, with clinical oversight from physicians and senior management.
Requirements include a Nurse Practitioner graduate degree, current NM licensing/certification, DEA and Controlled Substance registrations, Medicare and Medicaid numbers, and BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days.
Candidates must meet immunization and screening requirements, including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and influenza vaccines, and pass a criminal background check if assigned to certain areas.
