We are hiring a full-time Physician dedicated to team collaboration and community-based care, focusing on helping elderly and disabled individuals maintain independence.
Requirements include a Doctorate in Medicine, DEA registration, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics, and at least 1 year of primary care experience with at-risk populations.
