Conduct assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and adjust strategies based on patient progress. Document interventions, ensure compliance with regulations, and educate patients and caregivers. Collaborate with team members, participate in care planning, and recommend supportive equipment. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, CCC or CFY, NYS licensure, and CPR certification; experience with dysphagia and neurogenic disorders preferred.
