This full-time nursing position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the care floor, ensuring high-quality resident care, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. The role involves coordinating staff schedules, supporting clinical practices, assisting with resident admissions, discharges, and treatments, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations. The nurse acts as a facilitator to promote efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service, while also providing leadership, mentorship, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards. Candidates must hold an active Montana RN or LPN license, have at least two years of long-term care experience, and be capable of physical tasks required for the role.
