We are seeking a reliable Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising nursing staff and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring resident safety and quality care in compliance with regulations
- Acting as the clinical decision-maker on weekends
- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating with providers
- Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control
- Addressing staffing and operational issues in real time
- Participating in incident follow-up and promoting teamwork
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Experience in supervision and long-term care preferred
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
