This full-time nursing leadership role involves supervising nursing care at a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, working a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM shift for three days weekly, with rotating weekends and holidays.
**Shift differential of $3.50/hour applies.**
**Responsibilities include:**
Overseeing and ensuring quality nursing care in compliance with regulations.Leading and supervising LPNs and Nursing Assistants.Conducting resident rounds and addressing operational issues.Administering medications, including IV therapy.Assisting with assessments, care plans, and staff training.**Qualifications:**
