We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our In-House therapy team, with opportunities for new grads, part-time, and PRN roles.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans for residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with physician orders and facility policies.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Participate in care planning and discharge meetings.
Qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP certification (CFY candidates welcome). Prior SNF experience is preferred but not required.
