RN Weekend Supervisor – Live Well Homecare

Seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to lead nursing staff during weekend shifts in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

Provide clinical supervision to LPNs and CNAs, ensuring safe, quality care in compliance with regulations.

Oversee daily nursing operations, monitor resident conditions, and communicate with providers as needed.

Support medication management, documentation, infection control, and address staffing issues in real time.

Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability among staff.

Act as the clinical decision-maker during weekends.

Qualifications include an active RN license in NM, with preferred prior supervisory or long-term care experience, strong leadership, assessment, and communication skills.
