Responsibilities encompass completing RN documentation, administering medications, facilitating resident admissions/discharges, and performing medical procedures like wound care and specimen collection.
Supervisory duties involve collaborating with consultants, investigating complaints, conducting shift reports, and monitoring residents’ well-being.
