Seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist to serve as Psychiatrist & Medical Director for an inpatient program.
This leadership role combines direct patient care with strategic oversight of psychiatric and medical services to ensure high-quality, evidence-based, trauma-informed care.
The position involves conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management, responding to emergencies, and ensuring regulatory compliance. As Medical Director, responsibilities include clinical leadership, staff oversight, quality improvement, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications include MD/DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry, active license, and ideally inpatient experience. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and commitment to ethical, patient-centered care are essential.
