We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care and staff supervision, ensuring high-quality services in accordance with policies and the Director of Nursing (DON).
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current Kansas licensure
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Responsibilities:
Complete and maintain accurate resident records during admissions, transfers, and discharges
Administer medications and perform medical procedures
Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
Supervise staff, address complaints, and ensure treatments are followed
Conduct daily resident checks and report to the DON
