This professional position involves providing complex, independent medical care to patients under clinical oversight.
Requires graduation from an accredited medical school or board certification in Family Medicine preferred. Must hold or obtain necessary licenses, including medical license in New Mexico, DEA, CSR, Medicare PIN, and Medicaid number. Must maintain current BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications as applicable. Requires successful completion of post-employment screening, including immunizations and criminal background checks. Operates in accordance with contractual funding requirements, with duties performed independently within established oversight.
