This position is for a licensed physician responsible for independently providing clinical services in urgent care or emergency settings.
Performing evaluations, diagnosing, and treating acute conditions in adults and children.Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests and procedures.Managing minor injuries, suturing, splinting, and prescribing medications.Documenting patient histories, progress notes, and educating patients.Supervising Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners remotely, including credentialing and privileges.Working shifts of 8 or 12 hours, with other duties as assigned.Requirements include valid medical licensure, board certification or eligibility in Family or Emergency Medicine, 2-5 years of post-residency experience, and preferred adult and pediatric practice experience. Strong communication, customer service skills, and EMR familiarity are desired.
