We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee staff and provide comprehensive resident care, ensuring high-quality services in line with policies and the Director of Nursing (DON).
- Complete RN record-keeping during resident events and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
- Manage resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and coordinate necessary arrangements.
- Perform medical procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection.
- Supervise staff, investigate grievances, and communicate with the DON about resident and staff status.
- Conduct daily resident checks to monitor treatment adherence and well-being.
