We are seeking a reliable Weekend RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising nursing staff (LPNs and CNAs) and overseeing daily operations
- Ensuring resident safety and high-quality care in compliance with regulations
- Making clinical decisions, monitoring resident conditions, and communicating with providers
- Supporting medication management, documentation, and infection control
- Addressing staffing needs and operational issues in real time
- Promoting teamwork and accountability among staff
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in New Mexico
- Previous supervisory or weekend leadership experience preferred
- Background in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
