Utilize nursing skills to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care. Assist in staff orientation, supervision, and daily operations of assigned neighborhoods. Lead in adopting innovative nursing practices to improve resident outcomes. Perform assessments, coordinate with providers, and manage clinical treatments including line care and medication orders. Develop care plans, monitor progress, and lead performance improvement initiatives. Mentor staff, ensure regulatory reporting, and uphold person-centered care principles. Respond to emergencies and oversee documentation and incident reporting. Qualifications: Active PA RN license, BSN, CPR/BLS, 3+ years long-term care management, 2+ years acute care, with preferred wound care and infusion therapy certifications.
Pay rate: $46.47/hour.
