LPN / RN Resource Nurse

This full-time nursing position is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the care floor, ensuring high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with policies, standards, and regulations. The role involves coordinating staff, supporting clinical practices, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment. Key duties include managing schedules, assisting with admissions and discharges, performing treatments, reviewing care plans, and ensuring safety and regulatory adherence. The position requires a Montana RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of long-term care experience.
