Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern to join our behavioral health team, providing addiction and mental health counseling to individuals and families.

Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices like CBT and motivational interviewing.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy focused on recovery and behavioral health.

Apply crisis intervention techniques to ensure client safety and stabilization.

Accurately document clinical interactions in compliance with HIPAA and medical standards.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for case management and community linkage.

Maintain ongoing professional development in addiction medicine and behavioral health best practices.

Qualifications include valid licensure or certification, experience in addiction and mental health therapy, knowledge of medical terminology and ICD coding, and strong assessment and crisis management skills.

This paid role offers valuable clinical experience in diverse settings, with a pay range of $24.73 – $29.78 per hour.
Work is in person, supporting clients on their path to recovery and resilience.
