We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Addictions Counselor (LADC) or CADC-Intern to join our behavioral health team.
Provide addiction and mental health counseling to individuals and families using evidence-based practices such as CBT, motivational interviewing, and behavioral therapies. Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family sessions focused on recovery and wellness. Apply crisis intervention techniques, ensure accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care. Maintain professional development by staying current with research, ICD coding, and best practices. Qualifications: Valid licensure or certification, experience in addiction or mental health therapy, knowledge of psychotherapy modalities, medical terminology, ICD coding, and strong communication skills.
This paid position offers valuable clinical experience working with diverse populations across various settings, with a pay range of $24.73-$29.78/hour.
