Urgent Care Physician/Medical Director

Seeking an experienced full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine physician for a busy urgent care center in Fairless Hills, PA. Must have a valid PA medical license and board certification or eligibility. The role offers leadership opportunities with dedicated administrative time and a stipend, with initial part-time options available.

Provide high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced setting.

Oversee and support other providers to ensure excellent clinical care, policy compliance, and staff motivation.

Collaborate on developing clinical protocols, safety initiatives, and operational improvements.

Passion for patient experience and patient-centered care is essential.

Compensation is $150/hour, with benefits including 401(k), dental, and health insurance. Work schedule includes 8- and 10-hour shifts, including weekends as needed. Preferred candidates have at least 3 years of urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
