Nurse Practitioner – Altoona, IA

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The autonomous position involves managing 12-16 patients daily, coordinating care with facility staff and physicians, and making high-risk decisions confidently.

Key requirements include an active Nurse Practitioner license, ANCC or AANP certification, and experience in senior or nursing home care is a plus. The full-time, Monday–Friday schedule includes minimal weekend on-call, with no overnight shifts.
