MST Practitioner

Join a leading organization providing community-based services to positively impact youth and families in Dodge City, KS. As a MST Practitioner, you’ll deliver intensive, evidence-based in-home therapy to at-risk youth (ages 12-17) referred through child welfare and juvenile justice systems.

  • Manage a caseload of 5-6 families with approximately three sessions weekly.
  • Utilize MST principles to assess, engage, and support families, focusing on strengths and behavioral change.
  • Travel extensively, with mileage reimbursement, and participate in on-call duties.
  • Receive ongoing training, supervision, and professional development in a collaborative environment.
  • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with experience or a Master’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel.
