Nurse Practitioner – Pulmonary – SNF / LTC Rehab center

We seek an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide high-quality, patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Orangeville, PA & Millville, PA.

Manage complex respiratory conditions, perform evaluations, and oversee treatments like CPAP/BiPAP and tracheostomy care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, interpret diagnostics, and develop care plans to reduce hospitalizations.

Complete documentation, educate patients and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requires active APRN license, Master’s degree, 3+ years nursing experience, and 6+ months in long-term care.
