We seek an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Orangeville and Millville, PA.
Manage complex respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, pneumonia, and respiratory failure.Perform comprehensive assessments, admit and discharge evaluations, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.Manage noninvasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, and respiratory medications.Interpret diagnostics, monitor treatments, and prevent respiratory decompensation.Educate patients and staff on respiratory therapies and protocols.Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in initiatives to reduce hospital readmissions.Qualifications include an active APRN license, Master’s degree, 6+ months in long-term care, and 3+ years nursing experience.
