PT GI Nurse Practitioner

The Part-Time Nurse Practitioner in Gastroenterology provides patient-centered care under physician supervision at a clinic in Lubbock, TX.

Assess, diagnose, and manage gastrointestinal and liver conditions such as GERD, IBS, IBD, and liver disease.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.

Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle, and medication adherence.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and legal standards.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Nursing, Texas NP license, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience. The position involves two days per week on-site, with potential for additional shifts, and requires relocation to Farwell, TX. Physical ability to perform clinical duties and work in a healthcare environment is necessary.
