Speech-Language Pathologist – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to provide services to children birth to 21 in school and home settings.

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based therapy plans.

Collaborate with families, teachers, and healthcare professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and educate families on communication strategies.

Work approximately 30 hrs/week during the school year and 45 hrs in summer.

Qualifications include CCC-SLP, MN licensure as SLP, and Department of Education licensure. Skills desired are pediatrics experience, strong communication, and teamwork skills.
