We are seeking a qualified Staff Psychiatrist to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and psychotherapy for individuals in a leading residential addiction treatment program.
Conduct psychiatric assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications.Provide psychotherapy and monitor patient progress, adjusting care as needed.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with all regulations.Participate in on-call duties, including weekends and holidays.Requirements include board certification, NJ licensure, completion of psychiatric residency, and experience in addiction psychiatry or substance use disorder treatment. Strong interpersonal skills, ethical standards, and flexibility are essential.
